Assignment 28

Model Making Pictures 

So for this assignment ,we only have one day to finish the whole thing ,but in group of 4 .Most of our classmate is really tired doing this assignment because we all short of time doing it .This assignment have been given 2 day before the assignment dead line .So most of us stay back and do it until the next morning to submit it .

Assignment 27 

Presentation drawing

As for today assignment ,we have to draw a section ,elevation ,plan and a side view of a house .So we been asked to design our own way to arrange the 4 drawing and arrange the size of each of them ourself .

For example like which is the main drawing that we have to present first .After finish ,we have to color the house with marker .

Animation drawing 

So for this assignment ,we have to choose our own favourite animation movie and draw the summary of the whole movie .So for me i choose How To Train Your Dragon 2 as my main topic .The reason i choose it is because i think that this movie animation is very good plus the storyline is easy to understand and good too .Plus i like the character design of the dragon which newly come out in the second movie .

Water  Assignment 25

color

After drawing plan for so long ,our lecturer decided to teach us how to use water color to apply on our drawing .At first it was quite hard and i cant control the water evenly .So it kind of mess up at first ,then i started to get use to it and eventually i can handle it nicely .So we been asked to draw 3 type of different kind of fruit .

Assignment 24 

Two point perspective 

This week ,we have to draw a space drawing base on the grid we have draw .So after we have done the two point grid from last week .This time we have to use it as a guide for the measurement .This time drawing will be more 3D and more challenging .But it was quite fun because we can draw whatever we design that we like for a bedroom .The way i design it is more like for a study type person room .

Assignment 23

Two point Grid 

For this assignment ,we have to draw a two point grid for our next week assignment which is two point perspective drawing .So as for this time ,we do slightly different from last week .Which we do two point for this week and it more complicated but the result will be really nice .For me ,i like my drawing to be in slightly smaller space ,so i draw it in cube form for my grid .

Assignment 22

One Point Perspective

As for this assignment ,we have to draw out a one point perspective kitchen .So we have to use the one point grid that we have done last week to use it as a guide for the measurement for all the furniture in the space .It was quite interesting for this assignment because we can design our own kitchen as we like .

Assignment 21 

One Point Grid 

For this assignment we have to draw a one point perspective drawing .So before we draw the space ,we need a grid to enable us to measure the size of the furniture in the space we draw .So our lecture teach us how to draw a one point grid line .For me i think this assignment is quite interesting because we may use it in the future ,plus this grid make us easier to draw and more accurate in term on size .

Assignment 20

Isometric

For today assignment ,we have to draw a isometric drawing in 3D form .We have to draw a cuboid with a cube cut at the side along with a circle in the middle .So basically our lecturer want to test us on how well we draw in 3D form because after that we have to start 3D drawing on plan drawing .

Elevation 

As for today ,we have to draw enough side of elevation which is on the Y side of the plan .Which is right below here :

So ,for this assignment it quite similar to the previous assignment we have done ,it just different in different point of view only .I learn quite alot form this assignment ,because it give me more knowledge that i have no idea before i start this course .

Assignment 17 

Elevation

Today we learn about how to draw elevation of a house .As for this elevation drawing ,we have to draw the dimension of the drawing and also need to label the ground ,ceiling ,roof and floor level .It was quite challenging because the measurement have to base on the scale we have drawn which is below

Assignment 16

Section 

For today assignment ,we have to draw the section of the plan drawing .Which slightly different with the elevation  . For section ,we have to draw the interior of the building but in 2D form .The similar thing is that section also need dimension and also the label for ground ,roof ,floor and ceiling level .For this section i draw in Y view which you can see below here .

Assignment 15

RCP(Reflected Ceiling Plan )

Today we learn how to draw reflected ceiling plan ,as for this plan drawing ,we have to draw the everything above the ceiling included all the fan ,aircond and etc .Plus we have to draw a legend on the side to show the label of the the symbol for the furniture .Other than that ,we have to show the dimension of the plan and every gap of the furniture .From this assignment i have learn all kind of symbol for the furniture and also more focus on the quality of the line .

Assignment 14

Floor Plan

As for this assignment ,we have to draw the entire view of the interior inside the building which we call floor plan .So basically we have to draw every furniture below the ceiling which included the table ,chair and etc .We also need to draw the cutting of the section X and Y .This need to show which part we have to draw for the section and elevation .

This assignment is quite interesting and quite important because the outcome of the floor plan will affect the other drawing like the section and elevation and the RCP .So the measurement must really accurate and precise .

Assignment 13

Orthographic Project 2

This assignment have been done before which is on cartridge paper .But for this time we will use tracing paper to draw .So basically the drawing is almost similar ,but it different on the pen that we use .We will using art line pen to do the outline of everything .

Basically this is our first plan drawing ,so we have to draw a plan drawing of a 3D object into 2D form with dimension on it .I  do quite okay for the first try but it just the quality of my line need to improve .

Exploring detail

After study for three week ,we have learn about different kind of shading .For example like hatching ,cross hatching ,stippling ,scribbling .So we been asked to draw either a watch or hand and shade it with the 4 different kind of shading technique .So for me i draw a father hand reaching to his son hand .

Still Live Drawing 

In this project ,we had a study trip to Pulau Tioman .So during our trip ,we been asked to draw a landscape drawing on the site itself .So we have to choose our own beautiful scene and draw it out .I choose this scene is because of the beautiful sea and the resort we stay during that time .Plus that place leave a really good memory for us because of all those activity we have done .

Assignment 9 

KL(Kuala Lumpur) to Mersing 

Last few week ,our class have a class trip to Pulao Tioman .So we hand to go to Mersing port to take ferry to go toTioman Island .So our lecturer ask us to draw the journey from KL which is from our campus to Mersing Port .So during the time while we stay in the bus for 5 to 7 hours ,we all do our own stuff and have fun on the way .

For this assignment ,it almost similar with the last assignment i have done .So for this time ,we gonna draw the vp ,hl and gl on 2 point perspective picture and identify it .For this assignment is quite challenging because it hard to identify the hl position ,it took me quite sometime to find it .

One point Perspective 

This week we been asked to select 5 pieces of space which can be living room ,kitchen or bedroom .For this assignment ,we have to draw one point perspective on the pic we choose .We also been taught about horizontal line ,ground line and vanishing point .

We been asked to draw two floor plan base on the plan we been given .So basically we cant use ruler and eraser for the drawing ,and we have to draw the furniture using the architecture symbol .By drawing this ,i have search the internet and all stuff of information .But it seen that there are a lot of different kind of symbol just for one furniture .So i feel a bit hard to understand whether it right or wrong .For me ,i think this assignment is quite challenging and tough .But it let me learn alot of knowledge by keep practice it .

Architectural symbol

Architectural symbol is really important when come to plan and elevation .Normally this kind of symbol will come out in alot of architecture drawing .We were given a assignment to draw out severe type of window by drawing it in plan and elevation form .So here is the window we need to draw ,fixed frameless glass window ,double swing casement window and double hung window .Moreover ,we also need to draw out different type of material that like glass ,timber and brick .

 We were given a assignment to draw an orthographic projection of an object .So we have to draw a cone and a cylinder out .Which have to be in top ,side and front view .So in class we also have practice on drawing other object like cube and cuboid .

We been ask to shade 4 different kind of shading technique with six different ton .For example like  hatching ,cross hatching ,stippling and scribbling .Here is the 4 different shading that i have done .

In this  visual diary ,we are not allow to use ruler and eraser for this assignment .We been assign to draw different kind shading technique by using different type of pencil .With the help of different kind of pencil will give different ton of shading .So this is the 4 technique we been learning that day .Here is the 4 shading technique ,stippling ,scribbling ,hatching and cross hatching .
